Privacy Policy

When you use the website we may process technical data needed to operate and secure the service, such as IP address, browser information, request date and time, and security logs.

In the store we process the in-game username, Tebex basket identifier and, when Discord is connected, the Discord user identifier and username obtained through OAuth.

We use this information to operate the website and store, associate purchases with the correct game profile, deliver digital benefits, prevent abuse, provide support and maintain security and stability.

The site uses necessary cookies and browser storage for language preferences, consent choices, Tebex basket state and Discord OAuth/session functions. Pending cart operations may also be stored locally so they can resume after authentication.

HyTari does not use these tools for behavioral advertising. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after measurement consent is granted.

Purchases and payments are handled by Tebex, which acts as Merchant of Record. Discord OAuth is used when you choose to connect Discord. Hyvatar may be used to display game avatars and Google Analytics 4 for aggregated statistics after consent.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies, which HyTari does not directly control.

We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, legal obligations and dispute handling. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it from unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

You can request information, access, correction or deletion by contacting info@hytari.it. Requests related to payments may also require Tebex involvement.
