The Fisherman is at the Spawn pond and can also be reached with /warp Fisherman.

You can buy a fishing rod and fish bags. While fishing, wait for a bite and reel in the fish with the right timing. Catches also depend on the area where you fish and can have different sizes and weights. You can improve your personal records and compare them with server records. Fishing also has dedicated progression: open /xp to view the skill. For leaderboards and information, press O > Progress > Fisherman.
